Please note that for safety and quality control, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.
Initiate Your Request

Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the unopened product in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service of your choice.
Process Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding any original shipping costs.
